Advancing Smart Hospitals: Baby FM at the VI Open Young Researchers Conference in Moscow

April 8, 2026 by Stevan Antic

We are proud to share that our CEO, Tamara Papic, was a featured speaker at the VI Open Young Researchers Conference, organized by the Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine – Moscow Department of Health.

During the session on Medical Imaging Instrument-Making, Tamara presented our latest work: “Integrating Wearable Sensing Devices into Telemedicine Workflows: An AI-Driven Approach for Smart Hospitals.”

The presentation showcased the Baby FM system as a pivotal tool in the digital transformation of healthcare. By combining high-precision wearable sensing with AI-driven analytics, we demonstrated how continuous monitoring can be seamlessly integrated into hospital workflows to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The event provided an excellent platform to discuss the future of MedTech. We are excited to announce that we are currently exploring strategic partnerships and evaluating the placement of the Baby FM system within the Russian healthcare market.

Expanding our footprint into new regions is a key part of our mission to make smart, proactive care accessible to every family and hospital.

Innovative Integration
The presentation focused on how Baby FM’s wearable technology transcends simple temperature tracking. By utilizing AI to analyze data within telemedicine frameworks, Baby FM provides a scalable solution for “Smart Hospitals”—reducing nursing workloads while increasing diagnostic accuracy through continuous, real-time data.

Market Expansion in Russia
The conference also served as a strategic gateway for Baby FM’s international growth. Following the successful presentation of the device and the underlying research, Baby FM is now in active discussions regarding further cooperation and the commercial placement of the system in Russia.

“The feedback from the Russian medical and engineering community has been exceptionally positive,” said Tamara Papic. “There is a clear demand for integrated tele-monitoring solutions that can alleviate the pressure on healthcare systems while providing superior care.”
