Baby FM’s expansion across Africa in digital health and telemedicine from GITEX Future Health Africa

The world premiere presentation draws 100 visitors, accelerates B2B2C partnerships and advances BabyFM’s expansion across Africa in digital health and telemedicine

Baby FM, the Serbian healthtech company behind an AI-driven continuous temperature monitoring platform, completed a highly successful presentation at GITEX Future Health Africa in Casablanca (4–6 May 2026).
The company’s stand welcomed approximately 100 visitors over the three-day event and generated strong commercial and clinical interest from regional partners.

During the show Baby FM finalized initial commercial agreements with multiple distributors, marking a significant step in the company’s go-to-market strategy for the Middle East and African regions. In parallel, Baby FM has opened expanded talks and pilot plans with organisations specialising in remote patient screening as well as with major pharmaceutical companies interested in therapy tracking and
data-driven outcomes.

“Our participation at GITEX Future Health Africa demonstrated the real-world demand for continuous, AI-powered monitoring as a cornerstone of next-generation care,” said Tamara Papic, CEO & Founder of Baby FM.
“We have seen immediate interest from hospitals, payers and pharma partners who recognise the value of predictive alerts and continuous data for improving patient safety and care continuity.”

The company also reported that its visibility was amplified by prior recognition at global events: Baby FM’s Supernova semi-finalist status contributed to heightened awareness and drove increased traffic to the stand during the competition period. That momentum helped open high-quality business meetings and follow-up opportunities for pilots and distribution.

Baby FM showcased its world-premiere device and updated B2B multi-patient monitoring system, demonstrating features such as predictive temperature forecasting, viral vs. bacterial infection
differentiation, secure QR-code pairing, five-day on-device data storage and an integrated reporting workflow for hospitals and caregivers. The presentation underscored the product’s suitability for both
sophisticated hospital environments and low-connectivity rural settings across Africa.

This trade-show performance represents another important milestone in Baby FM’s strategic positioning on the African continent and its mission to accelerate the digitalisation of healthcare and telemedicine. The company will follow up with partners to convert pilot programmes into regional deployments and to scale distribution across priority markets.
