At Baby FM, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. To help shape our future vision and strengthen our strategy, we recently collaborated with the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) through EBRD Star Venture Programe to run a series of Strategic Compass Innovation Workshops.
These workshops, led by Nick Sullivan from IfM Engage, brought together our team to explore new ways of thinking, align our goals, and define actionable innovation pathways for the years ahead.
